Professor Vassilios Chatzis received his Diploma in Electrical Engineering in 1991 and his PhD in Informatics in 1999 both from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He is a Professor in the Department of Business Administration of the TEI of Kavala. From 1993 to 1999 he was a researcher in the laboratory of Artificial Intelligence and Information Analysis, in the Department of Informatics of AUTh. He has also taught at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the Democritus University of Thrace from 2001 to 2010. He teaches computer courses such as Object Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Software Technology, Information Systems at undergraduate and postgraduate level. His current research interests are in the fields of digital image analysis and processing, image retrieval and fuzzy logic.
He is a reviewer of prestigious international scientific journals such as: Pattern Recognition - Elsevier, Journal of Mathematical Imaging and Vision - Springer, International Journal of Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence - World Scientific and a member of various Scientific Committees of journals and conferences.

Associate Professor Vassilios Mardyris received the Diploma of Electrical Engineer in 1994, the postgraduate Diploma in Engineering in Systems of Microelectronics and Informatics in 2004 and the Doctorate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in 2012 from the Department of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering of the University of Thrake. He is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management Science and Technology of the International University of Greece.
From 1995 to 1999 he was a researcher at the VLSI Systems Design Center, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He teaches computer courses such as Computer Architecture, Computer Networks, Internet Information Management, Introduction to Nanotechnology, Cybercrime Investigation, Information and Communication Systems, Implementation and Management of Information Systems, at undergraduate and graduate level. His current research interests are in the fields of nanocomputing systems, computer networks and cybercrime.
He has been actively involved as a researcher or researcher in a number of national and international research programs from 1995 until today. He has been a member of the Scientific Committees of numerous conferences and a reviewer in prestigious international scientific journals such as: IET Electronic Letters, IEEE Communications Letters, IEEE Trans on Nanotechnology, IET Micro & Nano Letters, Elsevier Information Sciences, Wiley International Journal of Circuit Theory and Application, Elsevier Mic Journal, Journal of Zhejiang University-SCIENCE A, Indian Journal of Pure & Applied Physics.
Dr. Vassilios Mardyris has rich professional experience as a computer network engineer and software developer from 1995 to 2006.

Assistant Professor Leonidas Fraggidis received a BSc in Computer Science from the Department of Computer Science, University of Wales, Swansea in 1999, and a Master's Degree in Communication. (MSc. In Communication Systems) in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2000. In 2008, he received the second Master's Degree in Financial and Financial Information Systems (MSc. In Finance and Financial Information Systems) from Department of Accounting & Finance, University of Greenwich. In 2017 he received a PhD in Information Systems from the Department of Production Engineering and Management of the Democritus University of Thrace. He is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration of TEI AMTH and teaches Informatics courses such as Databases, Systems Analysis and Software Technology, Computer Networks and Information Systems at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
He has also taught at the TEI of Central Macedonia at the Department of Informatics Engineering and at the Department of Business Administration in both their Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs. He has also taught at the Department of Production Engineering and Management of the Democritus University of Thrace.
Dr. Leonidas Fraggidis has rich professional experience as an IT Engineer and has participated in a number of projects related to the analysis, design and implementation of Information Systems from 2003 to 2019.
His current research interests are in the fields of Information Systems integration and Electronic Health File Integration.
Since October 2018, he participates as a professor of Informatics in the MSc Information Systems.
